Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026
MyInfo.com LLC ("MyInfo.com", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our websites and services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our websites, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you register, contact us, or use our services (for example, booking a consulting call), we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business or mailing address, and any information you choose to share with us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring website, pages visited and access times. We use this to operate, secure and improve our websites.
Payment information. If you pay for services, payment details such as card numbers are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- with service providers who help us run our business (such as hosting, email and payment processing), who may use it only to provide those services to us;
- when required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of MyInfo.com, our users or the public;
- with your consent.
Cookies
We use cookies (small text files stored by your browser) to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences, such as which news feeds you have chosen to hide. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work without them.
Third-party content
Some of our pages include content from other companies, such as embedded YouTube videos, website icons loaded from Google, and links to news articles on other websites. When your browser loads this content, those companies may receive information such as your IP address and may set their own cookies. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites we link to.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond, so our websites do not currently change their behavior in response to these signals.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our servers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our websites and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
- You can review and update your account information at any time, or ask us to do it for you.
- You can ask us to delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law.
- You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email or by contacting us.
- Nevada residents: we do not sell personal information. You may still submit a request to opt out of any future sale by contacting us.
