2. Our services

Unless a separate written agreement or service level agreement says otherwise, our websites and services are provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. Paid services

Some services, such as personal consulting, are charged as described on the service page or in a separate agreement (for example, per minute). Fees are due as agreed. Unless stated otherwise, fees for time already used are not refundable.

4. Your account

  • Provide accurate information and keep your contact details current.
  • Keep your login credentials secure. Do not share your account.
  • Notify us promptly at abuse@myinfo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use our services for any unlawful purpose;
  • harass, disrupt or cause a nuisance to other users;
  • interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services, servers or networks;
  • use automated tools (such as crawlers or scrapers) that ignore our robots.txt rules or place an unreasonable load on our services.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, software and trademarks on our websites belong to MyInfo.com LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our written permission. Content you provide remains yours; you grant us the right to use it as needed to provide our services to you.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Information on our websites, including AI-related information and news headlines from third-party sources, is provided for general information only and may not be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyInfo.com LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, data or business. For free services, we have no liability to you. For paid services, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify MyInfo.com LLC against any third-party claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the Eighth Judicial District Court in Clark County, Nevada, or the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with any separate written agreement with us, are the entire agreement between you and MyInfo.com LLC regarding our services. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
